At both clinics listed below, we offer different types of massage to treat all ailments;
Swedish massage - this is great for general relaxation and stress reduction. It is a light pain-free massage, that relaxes muscles, improves lymphatic drainage and allows you to zone out of everyday stress and burdens.
Deep Tissue Massage - this is a deeper version of the Swedish technique and assists in muscle realignment and structure of the body to improve discomfort.
Sports Massage - this technique is designed to treat and remove signs of injury and pain and to improve restrictions in movement. It is tailor-made for you and your needs.
Pregnancy Massage - this massage is very similar to Swedish however, it is adapted to make expectant mothers comfortable and safe during massage. Massage has multiple benefits for pregnancy. It helps to alleviate stress on the hips, back, neck and pelvis. It relaxes both mother and baby and helps to get the body ready for delivery.
IBS Massage - this is a short massage that can be added to some of the massages listed above (not pregnancy). It uses techniques to improve the peristalsis (the movement) of your small and large intestine, along with relaxing the diaphragm to assist with heartburn and acid re-flux too.
