Meditation & Relaxation

Meditation and relaxation classes are a great way to unwind, log off for a moment and have a little bit of me time. Best done with noise cancelling headphones, Meditation can amend your breathing to completely relax your mind and your muscles. My Stretch & classes are my take on Yoga and Pilates and help to realign muscles,  improve injuries or muscular issues and ease tension within the body and mind. 

These classes are designed to make your entire body stronger and perform better.
